Welcome to The Refuge Roleplay portal! This section of the site contains information regarding the roleplay rules and regulations of Refuge Chat. While our chatrooms cater to all people, roleplay has always held a special place at The Refuge. Please read over our house rules prior to engaging in roleplay on chat.

The Refuge is primarily a speed-based roleplay chat. The DigiChat software, as well as the high flow of traffic through the rooms, does not allow for extended forms of roleplay with a high volume of text. Extended roleplay can be found in the roleplay boards at Haunting Echoes, a sister site to The Refuge.
