Style Overview
» The Refuge is primarily a speed-based roleplay chat. The DigiChat software, as well as the high flow of traffic through the rooms, does not allow for extended forms of roleplay with a high volume of text. Extended roleplay can be found in the roleplay boards at Haunting Echoes, a sister site to The Refuge. The speed-based styles of The Refuge and their word counts are outlined briefly below.

Additional GS Rules
» Re-loading is counted as a prep.
» If a fighter un-holsters two weapons, one prep must be made for each gun.
» You must have a least two-chest shots and two other shots of your choosing before a headshot or finisher.
» One shot kill for a sniper is not valid.
» Explosive are finisher moves only.
» You cannot shoot another fighter's gun out of the hand or the gun itself. If you wish to take someones gun, it is counted as another fighter. Taking five hits to take out the weapon.
» The name of the gun must be in each prep after firing your weapon. Generalized names also count.
